As an aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloy, A356 provides good fluidity for producing complex cast components and can be significantly strengthened through T6 heat treatment. It’s also a flexible material that can be cast with most casting processes except high-pressure die casting. At YTD, we recommend sand casting and investment casting, one for large aluminum parts and the other for precision small to medium castings.

A357 Aluminum Alloy
A357 is a high-strength aluminum-silicon-magnesium casting alloy known for its excellent mechanical properties and heat-treatability. Compared with A356, it contains a higher magnesium content, allowing it to achieve improved strength and hardness after T6 heat treatment while maintaining good castability and corrosion resistance.

A380 Aluminum Alloy

ADC12 Aluminum Alloy
