FAQs
What casting processes do you provide?
Investment casting, also known as lost-wax casting, has two main sub-processes, each is named after the binder used in the ceramic sullery: silica sol casting and water glass casting. It’s a precision casting process where a wax pattern is coated in ceramic, melted out, and replaced with molten metal. Capable of producing complex, near-net-shape parts in a wide range of alloys.
What materials can you cast?
We support a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloys, and nickel-based superalloys.
What is the typical tolerance of your castings?
Casting tolerances depend on the process, material, and part geometry. Investment castings typically achieve ±0.1–0.5 mm, die castings ±0.05–0.3 mm, and sand castings ±1–3 mm. Tighter tolerances can be achieved through CNC machining.
Can you provide machining and finishing after casting?
Yes. We provide complete casting solutions including CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, welding, and assembly to deliver ready-to-use components.
What is the minimum order quantity for casting projects?
