What to Know Before Requesting a Quote
The fastest quotation starts with a drawing or sample, target material, expected quantity, service conditions and any required inspection or industry standard.
Can you manufacture pipe fittings from our drawings?
Yes. We can review 2D drawings, common 3D CAD files and physical samples. Before tooling, our team evaluates castability, machining allowances, connection features, critical sealing surfaces and inspection requirements, then provides DFM feedback where needed.
Which materials and thread standards do you support?
Material and thread selections are project-specific. We work with stainless steel and other castable alloys, while thread forms can include NPT, BSPT, BSPP or a drawing-specific specification. The final combination is confirmed during engineering review.
What is the typical MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on part size, tooling complexity, material, machining content, inspection requirements and forecast demand. Include your expected order quantity and target date in the RFQ so we can separate tooling, sample and production timing clearly.
How do you inspect pressure-bearing fittings?
The inspection plan is agreed before production. Depending on the drawing and purchase specification, it can include material documentation, dimensional checks, thread gauging and hydrostatic, pneumatic or leakage testing. Required records are defined with the project.
Can you supply fittings ready for assembly?
Yes. In addition to casting, we can coordinate CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, cleaning, inspection and other agreed secondary operations so the delivered fittings are ready for your next manufacturing or assembly step.
