Yes, we are a foundry located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, with a facility of over 10,000 m² and 60 employees. Learn more about YTD through the About Us page. We also welcome customers to visit our factory to confirm our casting capability.

The only casting process we provide within our own facility is Silica Sol Investment Casting, which we have been dedicated to for over 15 years.

We don’t just provide castings. We offer end-to-end casting services, including DFM review, tooling development, casting, heat treatment, and surface finishing, to deliver finished parts that are ready for end use.

As a casting solutions provider, we don’t stick to a specific industry. So far, the projects we have done mainly cover industries including automotive, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, consumer products, food processing, energy, and more.

The main casting method we offer is silica sol investment casting. Besides, we also provide sand casting and die casting through our validated partner.

Typically, we will recommand the best suited casting production route after reviewing your project. If you specify the desired casting process, we will also evaluate the whole project before taking it into production.

That depends on what casting process will be used. If it’s investment casting, then it will be cast in our own facility, which is in Wuxi, China. Otherwise, it may be cast by our partners all over China. So, in short, your products will be cast in China.

Yes, besides investment casting, we also provide sand casting and die casting through our verified partner.

No single foundry can provide all kinds of casting processes. As an investment casting foundry, YTD often gets requests from our customers who need different casting processes. So we have built our own casting supplier network to offer comprehensive custom service.

We request certifications and reports from the partner. We will also do tests on our own to ensure the quality.

To get a detailed quote, we request a 2D or 3D design file, material requirements, surface finish requirements, and a necessary project description. These help us evaluate your project properly and offer a more accurate quote. If you just need a simple quote, a 3D CAD model is also acceptable.

We accept both 2D and 3D design files. The common file formats include .sldprt, .prt, .igs, .stl, .stp, .step, .sat, .pdf, .dwg, etc.

Of course, DFM review is required for every project. It help us find issues between design and real production.

If you don’t have design file, a picture of the sample parts with some critical dimensions is enough for us to offer a simple quote. You can send the sample to us for more accurate quote. We can also make 2D and 3D design files base on it.

Yes, secondary processes(CNC finishing, welding, assembly) and enhanced finishing options(coating, painting, plating) are available.

Yes. We offer reports upon your request. They commonly include material tests, hardness and tensile tests, dimension tests, and FAI(first article inspection).

We produce custom investment castings from your drawings or samples. Our in-house capabilities cover mold making, casting, cleaning, inspection, and CNC machining, with pouring weights ranging from a few grams to about 100 kg.

We use the silica-sol investment casting process with medium- and low-temperature wax systems. This process supports complex shapes, good surface quality, and accurate dimensions.

We manage the main production stages in-house, from mold making to finished-part machining. You can work with one supplier for casting, inspection, finishing, and other required processes.

We cast carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloys, and high-temperature alloys. Our high-temperature alloy options include nickel-, cobalt-, and iron-based alloys.

Yes. We design and manufacture molds in-house based on your drawings, samples, accuracy requirements, and expected order quantity.

For smaller, higher-precision parts, we normally CNC-machine aluminum molds directly. For larger parts, we may cast the mold blank using lost-foam casting and finish it by CNC machining. For prototypes or small batches, we can use 3D-printed wax patterns without a traditional mold.

Each unique casting design normally requires one mold. If your project contains several different parts or requires greater production capacity, additional molds may be needed.

Mold cost depends on the part’s size, complexity, accuracy, and mold-making method. For a typical project, the mold price usually starts at around USD 1,000.

We can handle castings from a few grams to a maximum pouring weight of about 100 kg. Maximum dimensions depend on the material, shape, wall thickness, and technical requirements, so we review them from your drawing.

Many parts cost approximately USD 5–40 each, but this is not a fixed range. Your final unit price depends on the material, weight, complexity, quantity, tolerances, machining, finishing, and inspection requirements.
