About YTD Foundry

Founded in 2008, we specialize in silica sol investment casting, producing metal components with excellent dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material consistency for customers worldwide.  In 2012, we established our in-house machining team. This capability closes the loop on our production, enabling end-to-end quality control from mold fabrication to finished component.

Building on this foundation, our engineering capabilities are further supported through technical collaboration with the Institute of Metal Research (IMR CAS)— covering superalloy casting, material analysis, and heat treatment to address demanding metallurgical and application requirements.

Beyond our core investment casting expertise, we maintain a qualified network of die casting and sand casting partners, selected under our own engineering standards. This allows us to recommend and deliver the most suitable casting process for each project’s material, volume, and design requirements.
